I can’t recommend Cristina Moreno-Moloian enough, especially for military families! My wife and I are both active-duty Navy and were in a unique situation where we were moving to Texas from overseas. This was my first home-buying experience, my wife’s second, and from start to finish, she made the home-buying process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. Because we were moving from an overseas location and did not want to live in hotels anymore, we had to purchase the home without actually seeing it first. Maria Sahloul was an absolute treat to work with. I couldn’t have found a better real estate agent to help me sale my home. I was in a really tough situation. I was selling my rental property after my tenants of 7 years decided to move on from our leasing agreement. Not to mention, I no longer lived in the state of Texas anymore. This is where Maria came in. She was my eyes and ears throughout the whole process. I didn’t have to go to Texas once! She did it all. She got the keys from my old tenant, and help me connect the utilities back in my name. She went out to the property multiple days until all utilities were on. Due to change in career I had to relocate my family from Augusta, GA to DFW. We learned of relocation in August 2022 & needed to have a house by early November 2022.
